We are a career destination group that staffs diverse emergency departments, including high-volume urban locations and suburban hospitals. Shifts are scheduled equitably from the start. We are a tight-knit, family-focused group that values physician wellness and work-life balance. We also support and encourage diverse interests in Emergency Medicine including multiple hospital and group administrative positions, group wellness and education, resident teaching, patient care coordination, public health initiatives, community service, EMS direction, urgent care clinic and observation unit management, and international mission work.

ConsensioHealth provides various business management support for independent physician groups including revenue cycle management (RCM), credentialing, HR, accounting, data analytics/business intelligence, advocacy, payor relations, and business development.
